We aim to offer a flexible package of services to meet each client’s individual requirements. Once you have contacted us we will send you a detailed brochure in a Q & A format that will hopefully help you to decide if our service is right for you. When you decide to go ahead, we will spend a great deal of time finding out about your particular requirements in terms of preferred days, times, type of person you might like etc. When we have found a worker or choice of workers to match your requirements we will ask them to contact you directly to arrange a meeting. Hopefully, if you are happy, that person will become your regular worker from then on.
We spend time constantly recruiting and vetting potential workers so that you don’t have to. Only a few pass our rigorous selection process and make it on to our workers register. Many people who contact us turn out to be unsuitable at interview or when we check out their references.
All potential workers must provide proof of identity, proof of address and at least two written references that we always check. We also retain an up-to-date photo of each applicant. All information we hold is available for our clients to view at any time
We are happy to say that many of our workers have been introduced to us through recommendations from friends and relatives already with the agency.
